George has 9 years of experience as a business analyst where he consulted with and developed custom software for companies. He gained extensive experience in organizational behavior management by analyzing dysfunctional systems and providing positive solutions. In 2017, he transitioned to obtaining a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis under the guidance of Dr. Ron Van Houten at Western Michigan University.
Karyn has been working with individuals with autism since the beginning of 2010. She received her MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University under the guidance of Dr. Richard Malott and obtained her board certification in the summer of 2017. She continues to work with individuals with autism.
George and Karyn are passionate about helping fellow BCBAs and individuals with developmental disabilities. Their goal is to help improve technology in the field of applied behavior analysis to increase productivity and lighten the load of fellow practitioners. They are now making their dreams a reality with the launch of their first product – CE Lock.
